Viagra, alcohol, and drugs of abuse
Very often sexual relations and alcohol consumption come together. That’s why the good news is that, according to the studies, Viagra taken to stimulate erection for the best sex in your life, most probably doesn’t not interact with alcohol if the latter is consumed moderately.
However, we would like to remind that ethanol is a strong CNS depressive agent. Besides that, it badly affects the erectile function in men. If we take the blue tablets to stimulate our nervous system and erection and alcohol that has the opposite effect, does it make sense at all? If you don’t have liver dysfunctions, you can drink alcohol with no abuse while taking Viagra.
As to the drugs of abuse, there were no studies conducted to investigate how they could interact with Viagra.
An interesting case happened right after the launch of Viagra in the UK where it was welcomed with big enthusiasm from the side of young people. In London that is considered a night life center, young men began to take Viagra at the club parties where alcohol and drugs of abuse are an often case. After such experiences, doctors noticed a big number of young men complaining to have heart aches which were followed by a real heart attack sometimes. Those patients were only 20-25 years old, and usually stenocardia does not occur at such a young age.
