Neuro Linguistic Programming

I’m sure that you are unfamiliar with the term ‘NLP’. You have probably heard that word before but you don’t exactly know what it is. Well, NLP stands for Neuro Linguistic Programming which defined as an interpersonal communication chiefly concerned with the relationship between the pattern of behavior and the subjective experience. NLP was created by Richard Bandler and John Ginder in 1975. Both of them said that the purpose of NLP is mainly to solve psychological problem such as phobia, unconfident, and many others.

The good example of how NLP works is when people try to imagine something, their eyeballs unconsciously move to certain direction. If he/she imagines a picture (visual), his or her eyeballs move to top direction; if he or she imagines about a sounds (auditory) then his or her eyeballs continue to move to middle part of their eyes.

And if they are trying to imagine about a feeling or taste, their eyes will move to bottom right direction. That is the simple example of NLP. Usually that example is used by a mentalist magician to entertain his spectators. But NLP can give you more than that, with NLP training you can improve your personality character, improve your confidence (which is very important if you are a leader of a team or a public speaker), and remove your phobia. NLP is worth for learning regarding the plenty benefits they will give to you.
